7-Day Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and preferably in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
LingPet will cover any required return shipping costs and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please contact us at info@lingpet.com with your order number and a photo or description of the issue.

For change-of-mind returns, including preference or fit issues:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
