When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page.

3. ARETHERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date our card issuer processes the transaction.

4 HOW DO I SET MY SHIPPING ADDRESs?

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change the letter "?" to "c".

5. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped.

Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

6. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE & HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

To offer you the best service and ensure fast deliveries, we ship with cooperative logistics. Shipping rates vary based on shipment type and destination, and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days. Products in stock at our Canada headquarters are estimated to arrive within 10 business days. Products not in stock at our Canada headquarters are estimated to arrive within 2 months. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and commence from the shipping date. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Important Delivery Information.

  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.

2. Free Shipping

For orders shipped to addresses within Canada, we offer free shipping on all products. For international orders (e.g., to the United States, Europe, and other regions), shipping costs will be calculated based on destination, distance, and applicable local taxes or fees, and shall be borne by the purchaser.

In the case of returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, we will cover all associated shipping costs for the affected items.

3. First Time Orders

For your security, if it is the first time you place an order please register your account with accurate details to avoid delays in processing the order. Please also make sure to enter your contacts accurately, so we can communicate with you if we need to.

4. Insurance

We ensure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

5. Tracking your Shipment

We will send you the tracking no. by email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Taxes and Duties

Pricing and delivery costs are displayed while browsing our site.
Taxes and Duties will be applied as per the custom duty regulations of the destination Country.

Returns & Refund Policy

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 3 days after the receipt of the product. To return your product, please contact our customer service at info@lingpet.com

Return of the product also depends completely on the warranty of the product. We do not accept a random return of products unless there is a quality issue. If you do return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 If you have a quality issue to report, you can write us an email at info@lingpet.com and we will suggest you solutions. If we feel that the issue needs to be checked by the tech team, we will inform you to return and we will offer you a replacement product. You can email us and we can provide you with the return shipping address of our warehouse based on your location.
