You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and preferably in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
LingPet will cover any required return shipping costs and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

For change-of-mind returns, including preference or fit issues:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
